The Golden Flood-Dragon Shears belong to the Three Xia Sisters of the Jie sect. Cast into the air, the shears become two golden dragons that cross like scissors and sever whatever they meet — flesh, armor or magic. With them the sisters once drove back the twelve immortals of Chan, until the saints themselves came down to break their power.
