Juque Sword
The Great Gap Blade
Massive sword forged by Ouyezi for the King of Yue, said to pierce bronze cauldrons at a stroke.
Juque, the “Great Notch,” is the broadest of Ouyezi’s five swords for the King of Yue, named for the great gap it could cut through iron. When tested, it pierced a bronze cauldron and split a large gourd in a single stroke. Heavy, plain and devastating, it is the strength of the sword family’s older brother.
